Carol "Sue" Beck

Graveside service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, OK.

Carol "Sue" (Porter) Beck, 69, of Mustang, OK passed away Friday, May 28, 2021 with her loving loving family by her side.  She was born October 18, 1951 in Chickasha, OK to Charles Jean Porter and Betty Jo Porter.  Sue attended Amber-Pocasset High School and graduated in 1969.

She married the love of her life, Charles Beck, on June 2, 1978 in Oklahoma City.  They shared 43 years of life, marriage and memories together.

Sue worked for Western Electric from 1974 thru 1995 when she was medically retired after 20 years of service.

Sue enjoyed gardening, being in the kitchen and the farmers market.  One of her favorite pass times was talking on the phone to those she dearly loved.

More than anything, Sue loved her family and friends strong and whole heartedly and she will be greatly missed.  She was an angel – tender, tough and strong.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Beck of the home;

Daughters:  Christie DeArmond and husband Chad, of Yukon, OK; Candi Perryman and husband Bobby, of Trenton, FL; Lori Stillions and husband Doug, of Neosho, MO; Cheri Hinkle and husband Mike, of Oklahoma City, OK;

Sisters: Charlene Cantrell and husband Bob, of Blanchard, OK; Linda Robbins and husband Gary, of Chickasha, OK; Melissa Brownen and husband Marty, of Chickasha, OK;

Brother, Charles Porter, Jr. of Chickasha, OK;

Grandchildren: Keifer and Teryn Lee; Cody and Brady DeArmond; Shelby and Cody Patillo; Ashliegh Hawkins and Taylor Leggett; and Gracie Flowers;

Great Grandchild, Jaymi Urdialez and limitless nieces and nephews.

Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Chickasha, OK.
