Carlye "Vicki" Trammell

Carlye Victorene "Vicki" Trammell, of Noble, OK, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at her home in Noble at the age of 81.    She was born April 26, 1937 to Floyd and Karleen (Griswold) Nye in Naples, OK.

Vicki grew up in Ninnekah, Oklahoma and graduated high school in 1955.  She went on to marry M.J. Trammell, the love of her life.  Together they had a daughter, Debra.

M.J. was in the Navy and together they traveled to many places in the Pacific.  Vicki made a career in banking and worked at Chickasha Bank before retiring in 1998.

Vicki had a severe stroke in 1998 that left her in a wheelchair and she was also a cancer survivor.  Vicki loved her family and the grandkids were always extra special to her.  She was loved by many and she touched many hearts.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ninnekah, Oklahoma.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father; a sister, Monica Kay Nye; a nephew, Jason Mills; brothers-in-law, Gene Stephens and Delbert Coon.

Vicki is survived by her daughter, Debra Reynolds and her husband, Shane, of Noble, OK;

Grandchildren: Dustin Files of Edmond, OK; Carlye Files and D.J. Kistler of Macomb, OK; Maegan Jones of Noble, OK; Tyler Jones of Noble, OK.

Great grandchildren: Parker and Beckett Files; Cooper Oakley, Dakota Kistler, Lily and Emma Jones; Kalyn Jones;

Brother, Ronnie Nye and wife, Donna;

Sisters:  Karen Stephens, Trula Fern McElhaney and husband, Vernon; Venita Walker and husband, Johnny; and         Arvilla Byrd and husband, Don.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
