Carlton Lee Wagner, of Owasso, OK, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 in Owasso, OK at the age of 72. He was born October 11, 1948 in El Reno, OK to Charles Robert Wagner and Sarah Josephine (Fuller) Wagner.

Carl was a retired Truck Driver and member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Chickasha and El Reno. Carl graduated from the Oklahoma Military Academy and served in the U.S. Army. Carl married Lucinda Gay Groene, June 12, 1979.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Gay Wagner; son, Charles Bradley Wagner; father, Charles Robert Wagner; mother and step-father, Sarah and CB Moore; brother, Roger Charles Wagner; stepsister, Sharon Moore Smith.

Carl is survived by his daughters, Christine Cole and husband Greg, Linette Dawson and husband James, Charlotte Nelson and husband Ricky, Christy Neely and husband Gabriel; step-sister, Darla Rogers Moore; grandchildren, Justin McLaughlin, Keldon McLaughlin, Caleb McLaughlin, Zaidyn Cole, Dawson Cole, Elizabeth Patterson, Cole Dawson, Lynley Wagner, Chas Wagner.
