Michael "Brad" Stephens, age 45, died Friday, June 19, 2015 in Burneyville, OK. Born August 29, 1969, in Chickasha, OK, Brad is survived by one daughter, Summer Stephens of Blanchard; parents Brock and Linda Steelman of Amber; grandmother Lavon Steelman of Pocasset; brother Tod Stephens and wife Mina of Abu Dhabi, UAE; sister Jana Steelman and husband Steve Thompson of Yukon; niece and nephew Leena and Dezi Stephens; wife Deana Stephens and stepson J.J. Earwood; uncle, Steve Todd of Shawnee and aunt, Diane Abernathy of Norman. Brad was preceded in death by his father Randy Stephens, grandparents Melvin and Faye Todd and grandfather Jack Steelman.
