Billy Eugene Rea, 78, of Tuttle, Oklahoma, passed away January 15, 2015 at the Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born August 2, 1936 in Lewisville, Mississippi to Mars and Mary (Tucker) Rea. He married Clara Gay Gammon in 1960 and lived in Denison, TX with their daughters, Mary Carol and Cindy Gay. Bill was preceded in death by Clara in 1970. Bill carefully chose a new mother for his daughters, joining again in marriage to Linda Sue Igo of Gotebo, Oklahoma in 1972. Bill and Linda later adopted Mitchell Dean Rea, age 3 ½, and lived in Cordell Oklahoma until 1978, when he transferred with the FAA to Oklahoma City and chose to raise his family in Tuttle. 27 years later, in 1999, Bill was again preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda, and remained a widower for the rest of his life. Bill was well known for his skill with computer repair, beginning his work with them at FAA when one computer would fill an entire room. He was known for his cheerful, sweet nature, and enjoyed helping others with his many varied talents, especially his family. He is going to be greatly missed. Bill is also preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Carol Ann Goldman. Bill is survived by his daughters: Mary Carol Hogland and her husband Tim of Tuttle; Cindy Gay McCoy and her husband Mitch, also of Tuttle; his son Mitchell Rea of Norman, OK; his siblings: GayNell White and husband John, of Philadelphia, MS; Larry Rea and wife Linda, of Kosciusko, MS; Bobby Rea and wife Marcia of Philadelphia, MS; his grandchildren: Kyle Hogland and his wife Khanh; Tyler Hogland; Bryan Hogland; Joshua McCoy; Aubrey McCoy; Jayson Hogland; and great-granddaughter Amelia Hogland.
