Funeral service for Beverly Ann Sorrels will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel at Sevier Funeral Home. Committal service will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Beverly Ann Sorrels passed from this life on October 17, 2024 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Beverly was born on May 7, 1939 to William (W.J.) and Ethel (E.J.) Kempe in Enid, Oklahoma.

Beverly grew up in Chickasha, OK. She lived in Florida, Arizona, Colorado, and Oklahoma. Beverly worked many years at Pool Mortgage Co. She worked in the Office at Epworth Methodist Church until she retired. Beverly loved camping, traveling, cruises, and trips to Branson. She also loved reading. She was very loved by her church family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Daryl R. Sorrels, and her parents, W.J. Kempe and E.J. (Gardner) Kempe.

Loved ones left to remember her include her son, Barry Rhodes and wife, Mary of Chickasha, OK; her brother, Roy Kempe and wife Diane of Broken Arrow, OK; 3 grandchildren, Robi, Alicia, and Brandon; 2 great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Carter.
