Betty Ann Mcbride

Betty Ann McBride, 84, of Tuttle, OK passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at the Tuttle Care Center in Tuttle.  She was born November 25, 1936 in Maxwell, California to Charles Floyd and Lola Marie (Roper) Guthery.

Betty lived in California and attended grade school for a short time before moving to Minco, Oklahoma for several years then to Tuttle for her remaining years.  She married Lee McBride on April 23, 1955 in Chickasha, Oklahoma and they made their home in Tuttle where she raised her family.

She enjoyed going to garage sales, shopping and traveling.  She made several trips to Branson and a few times to Nashville enjoying shows in each town.  She always enjoyed her trips to Kansas to visit her grandkids and great grandkids, this was one of the highlights of her trip.  Betty also loved the family outings every Friday evening.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lee McBride, daughter, Sandra Ann McBride, parents, Charles and Lola Guthery; and a brother, Jerry Wayne Guthery.

Betty is survived by her sons, Wayne McBride and Tony McBride;

brothers, Tommy Guthery and his wife, and Charles Guthery;

3 grandchildren: Shawn, Shane and Dustin; 11 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home, Tuttle, OK.
