Bessie Marie Rodgers

Bessie Marie Rodgers, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 77.  She was born December 31, 1941 in Tribbey, Oklahoma to Calvin Roof Robinson and Beulah Etta (Baker) Burton.

Bessie married Grady Rodgers in October 1960 and they lived in Alex from 1971 till 1994 before moving to Chickasha.  She worked for Friend School as a cook in the cafeteria for 33 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Grady D. Rodgers on December 7, 1996 and six siblings.

Bessie is survived by her children: Robby Rodgers, Britt Rodgers, Rickey Lynn Rodgers and Dee Ann Rodgers;

10 Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren;

Brothers:  Jim Robinson, Estes Robinson and Johnny Robinson;

And numerous nephews and nieces.
