Bart passed from this life on November 29, 2025 in Lawton, OK at the age of 79. Bart was born in Oklahoma City on November 6th, 1946, to Thomas and Mary Ellen Bobier.

Bart grew up in Tuttle and attended Tuttle schools. He was active in the community and played football for the Tuttle Tigers. While attending Tuttle High School Bart met Linda Day and they married on August 23rd, 1968.

After graduating from high school, Bart attended Southwestern Oklahoma University where he studied Business and Economics and graduated in 1969. After graduation he went to work for Mobile Oil and moved to Los Angeles, California. Deciding on a different path he began working at Capital Hill Savings and Loan where he worked until starting Bobier Appraisal Services. Bart and Linda ended up back in Edmond, Oklahoma where they had their first daughter Andrea (Andi). A few years later they moved to Blanchard when they had their second daughter Lindsay. Eventually they made their way back to Tuttle.

Bart loved Tuttle and would frequent the coffee shop where all the nation's problems were solved.   Bart and the "old guys"  Charlie, Jimmy and Ronnie attended as many Tuttle Tiger football games as they could over the years, always looking forward to Friday nights in the fall. The guys would cheer on the Tigers to many overwhelming victories unlike when he played for the Tuttle Tigers.  Bart and Linda moved to Lake Humphreys where he would have to find new "old guys" and a new donut shop, which wasn't hard because Bart also never met a stranger. Bart went to work for the Stephens County Assessor's office where he worked for another 10 years before retiring, again.

Bart had a very full life. He laughed, joked, and snow skied with his coworkers and friends from Capitol Hill Savings and Loan as well as with his family.  He traveled, had a wonderful family and had lots of friends and people that loved him.

He is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Andi Frost and husband Scott, daughter Lindsay Pearson and husband Dave. Grandchildren Max Frost, Sam Frost, Reese Frost, Hunter Haywood, Julie Haywood, Hailley Rausch and husband Jaden, Brianna Gonzales and husband Kaleb and Joie Pearson.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested a donation to the charity of your choice.
