Arvella Joan Tabor

Arvella Joan Tabor , of Chickasha, Oklahoma was born May 13, 1942 in Borger, Texas to Frank and Cora (Burdett) Irwin.  She passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at her home in Chickasha, at the age of 75.

Arvella graduated from Duncan High School and moved to Chickasha in 1974.  She taught kindergarten thru the 8th grade and special education teacher for Chickasha Public Schools until 1999.  She also taught in Kansas and in Moore Public Schools.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Harold Welch.

Arvella is survived by her two daughters, Sarah Tabor and Leslie Tabor.
