Arma Dean Burks

Arma Dean Burks, of Chickasha, OK, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019 in Chickasha, Ok at the age of 90.  She was born July 24, 1929 in Cyril, Oklahoma to Clarence Dean and Armer Jane (Bazar) Fitch.

Mrs. Burks worked for Dr. Mike Wilson as a secretary for 10 years.  She married Wayne Burks on October 27, 1990 in Chickasha, OK.  She is a member of First Baptist Church of Chickasha.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Doy McLain; a daughter Linda Edwards and 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Mrs. Burks is survived by her husband, Wayne Burks;

Daughter Gwenda Douglas;

Stepchildren:  Vickie Brinlee, Steve Burks and Randy Burks;

Grandchildren: Scott Douglas and wife, Codie; and Stacy Douglas and wife, Amanda;

Great grandchildren: Kirstie Douglas and wife, Makaylee; Taylor Douglas, and Brendn Douglas              and wife, Shayla;

Great-great grandchild, Lucas Douglas;

and numerous nephews and nieces.
