Angeline "Angie" Esteller Friskel

Angeline (Ruth) Friskel passed from this earthly life on March 16, 2023, in Chickasha, OK. She was born on November 28, 1947, in Chickasha, OK to Homer and Bertha (Sneed) Ruth.

Angeline lived her entire life in Chickasha. She had two beautiful children with Butch Biby. Then later in life, she met Dan Friskel. Dan was introduced to her by their children who set up their first date. They married in December 1986. She was a scrub tech for 19 years at Grady Memorial Hospital where she retired, to start the business with Dan. They opened Dangie's Antiques in 1990 and ran it together until 2005. After Dangie's she semiretired to help raise a grandchild. She spent the final years of her life living with Janis. Angeline loved her family, antiques, and her cats.

She is preceded in death by her parents Homer and Bertha Ruth; siblings, Margret Greenfield, Billy Ray Ruth, Patricia Allred, Franklin Ruth, Patsy (Pat) Ruth, Dener Ruth, Paulie (Paul) Ruth; great-granddaughter Haylee McGinnis and grandson Andrew Biby.

She is survived by her son, Rodney Biby; her daughters Janis Biby, Anissa Alcorn, and Jennifer Watts; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren with another on the way; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
