Angela Inez Kirk

Graveside service celebrating the life of Angela Kirk will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Rush Springs Westview Cemetery, Rush Springs, Oklahoma under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

Angela Inez Kirk, age 65, went to be with the Lord on July 21, 2022, after a long-fought battle with her health. She was born June 12, 1957, in Concord, California to Dewey and Christine Motes.

Angela enjoyed fishing and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Watching her grandchildren in all of their activities or listening to them explain about their adventures at the time gave her the most joy. Then of course, she was on a continuous hunt for turquoise jewelry to wear and collect. Angela was always a strong support for her children, giving advice and helping them work through life's situations. She always prayed for their happiness.

For many years Angela worked at USAO college and then furthered her education to become a billing clerk working for the hospital in Chickasha.

Angela was preceded in death by both of her parents, brothers Danny Milliser, Carl, and Gary Don Nichols.

Angela is survived by her husband, James Kirk, son James Kirk Jr and his wife Misty, daughter, Regina Jones, and her husband Jerome. Grandchildren Austin, Ty, and Kylee Kirk. Sydney and Zachery Long and Ramsey Jones. Brothers Fred Motes and Eddie Nichols. She has several nieces, nephews, and close friends she adored and loved deeply.
