Allene Bowman

Pearl Allene Bowman of Chickasha, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, October 12, 2018 in Chickasha at the age of 90.  Allene was born November 16, 1927 in Amber, Oklahoma to Jolly and Elva Lois (Kennedy) Burns.

Allene was a member of Southern Hills Baptist Church.

She had worked at different restaurants as a waitress.  She had also worked at the Dixie Store in Chickasha and at Ell's Diamond Shop in Wewoka.   She was a manager of different apartment complexes in Chickasha, Norman and Ada and also worked at Bret Burns Attorney retiring in 2004.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Joe Burns.

Allene is survived by her children, Joe Bowman and Nan Beaver;
Mike Bowman and his wife, Natalie;
Mary Kennedy and her husband, Billy Elliott;
Pat Bowman;
Peggy Sircy;
Kathy Ming and her husband, Greg;

15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren;

Brothers:  Burt Burns and his wife, Shirley;
and Cecil Burns.
